You can login to your library account to

• see the progress of your reservations and loans
• renew your loans
• create and update your alert profiles
• manage comments you have created
• change your postal address, email address, mobile number and PIN
• access your SavedList

To access your account your need to login with your Library Card Number (Borrower ID) and Password

If you have forgotten your password don't worry - simply click the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link in the login screen and enter your Borrower ID (Library card number) and your surname.

If you do not have your Library card details handy you can simply enter your email address and name.

By selecting My account you will be taken to the My account dasboard and other options relating to your account.

The My account dashboard is made up of a series of tiles and you can see at a glance -

• If you have any traps on your card which can be found under Status.
• Any fines and/or charges unpaid on the account. If there is a charge for a lost item, if the item is returned then the charge will be automatically be removed from the account. There may still be late charges to pay. At the moment you can not pay fines online.
• Current loans and separately any Overdue loans, lost items or eContent.
• The progress of any reservations Reservations not yet available and are still being processed and Available for pickup.

Through My account  you can 

• Create and manage Alert profiles and Recommendation alert
• Update your Personal details including updating your address or add an email to your account
• access previous loans, requests, reservations and your current alerts by selecting History
• view any comments, ratings or tags you have added
• submit a request to Cancel my membership.
• create and access Saved lists and Queries. Learn more.

Your Library Membership will expire annually however you can renew this online. 

When you log into your Account there will be an alert if your account has expired - 

simply click Renew Account, verify your information and confirm to renew for a further year.
